Our tutoring session is offered for students of all ages who wish to do additional follow-up on concepts learned at school or college. Whether you just need help with a homework assignment or regular follow-up throughout the year, your tutor will adapt to your needs. Do you offer online tutoring?
Yes, we offer online tutoring using an online platform specialized for tutoring needs that allows tutor and student to communicate by video and audio while allowing them to share an online whiteboard where they can both write on, share content and much more!
Where are the services offered?
J’Excelle offers its services in Montreal, Laval, Ottawa, Quebec, Sherbrooke, Lanaudière, South Shore of Montreal, and we continue to expand our horizons. Tutoring sessions can take place at the place of your choice; your home, at a public library, cafe, etc. We also offer online tutoring if you prefer to have a remote tutoring session!
What are the available hours for tutoring?
Our tutors are flexible. You will be able to set your tutoring schedule directly with your tutor!
What are the tutoring costs ?

Will I be charged any registration fee?
No, we do not charge any registration or administrative fees. Our services are exempt from GST / QST and eligible for a tax credit.
How do I sign-up for the services?

How long does it take to find a tutor?
On average, we take between 24 hours and 48 hours to find a tutor.
I completed the online form, what do I do now?
One of our advisors will contact you within 24 hours. Check your spam if you have not heard back within 24h. We will ask you additional questions to complete your request in order to better understand your tutoring needs.
Are you going to choose the tutor for me?
We will offer you the profile of tutors that match your needs. Once you confirm your choice of tutor, we will send your information to your tutor for contact. You can ask all your questions and confirm the work plan and schedule that suits you directly with your tutor before starting your first session.
