If you need to cancel a tutoring session, be sure to do so 48 hours in advance to avoid unnecessary tutor travel.

If I cancel my session less than 48 hours in advance, what are the penalties?

The tutor reserves the right to charge a service fee for one hour of tutoring, if you cancel the session within a period of less than 48 hours.

How do I terminate my contract with J Excelle?

If you consider that you no longer need our services, please contact one of our client advisors or your tutor.

If I don’t like the assigned tutor, what can I do?

Contact one of our advisors and they will find a new tutor that meets your needs. We welcome feedback to continuously improve the quality of our services.

Yes ! By referring our tutoring services to your friends and family, you benefit from a $10 discount applicable on your next tutoring session. And that’s not all!
